Since its inception, Lecce Arcodia has expanded its services to include bankruptcy, corporate, estates and wills, zoning and land use, and title insurance.

Luigi Lecce
Luigi Lecce has been engaged in the private practice of law since 1983 with a concentration in real estate law. Mr. Lecce received his Bachelor of Science degree from Rochester Institute of Technology in 1978 and his Juris Doctorate degree from Pace University Law School in 1981. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the American Land Title Association.
Mr. Lecce and his firm represent commercial clients as well as builders and developers in the Capital District involving land use and planning and zoning matters including major residential subdivisions, shopping centers and office parks.
Anthony Arcodia
Anthony Arcodia has been engaged in the private practice of law since 1991 with a concentration in real estate law and bankruptcy law. Mr. Arcodia received his Bachelor of Science degree from St. John’s University in 1986 and his Juris Doctorate degree from Western New England University Law School in 1990. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Capital Region Bankruptcy Bar Association.
Mr. Arcodia and his firm represent purchasers and sellers in residential and commercial real property closings, banks and credit unions as lender’s counsel and also handle all of the title insurance needs of their clients.
